Gross planning estimates use 117.5 kWh per installed kW per month and the PUCSL feed-in tariffs for new rooftop solar PV: LKR 23.11/kWh up to 10 kW and LKR 19.15/kWh above 10 kW through 40 kW, effective 25 August 2026 through 24 February 2027. Actual generation, export approval, payment terms, and the applicable tariff depend on the site, grid capacity, utility agreement, and commissioning date. Installation cost, finance, tax, maintenance, and degradation are not included. Net Accounting pays only for excess exports; Net Metering banks energy and does not create cash income.
